The background loops  a breathtaking, intriguing scene, trimmed (37:28h - 39:33h) from Kissed, a 1996 Canadian film by Lynne Stopkewich, based on Barbara Gowdy's story "We So Seldom Look On Love": enjoy both Sandra Larson (mesmerizing Molly Parker) and Matt (Peter Outerbridge) in this delicately dazzling dialogue on Sandra’s death/necrophilia fascination.

For the video loop background technique I (re)turned to the HTML5 video element, in this case for the code very specific to the Dudley Storey approach. Do read ("Create Fullscreen HTML5 Page Background Video") his original article, if you will. You can find the CodePen demo embedded in the left frame below.

I borrowed the code (as you can see in the 'Rebekah' frame) and pottered this page: that is Classic Renaissance Imitatio, for all that.

See the Pen Fullscreen HTML5 Page Background Video by Dudley Storey (@dudleystorey) on CodePen.

Next - apart from the background video PLAY/PAUSE toggle button -  you will find 2 clusters of pictures, linked to (Part 1) full movies and (Part 2) trailers, music videos, miscellaneous clips and whatnot. That is the Blog, as it were. All links open fullscreen in autoplay mode.

As a digestif serves a small and modest portfolio.

So, how is it working at the funeral home?

It's a full-time job.

Why would you want to be an embalmer?

Because of the bodies.

What do you mean?

I make love to them.

Yeah, hmm, dead bodies.

You don't believe me, do you?

I believe you.

I've never told that to anyone.

Men or women?

Young men.

Fresh corpses?

Do you climb on top of them?

And then ...

Yeah, it's essential.

You know, when you think about it,

sperm propagates life ... but blood sustains it.

Blood is primary.
