Last night I updated my WordPress Theme: again I implemented the CSS3 Border-Radius.
Nice, but I’m not very eager to activate this theme. I still do not like the fact that MIE doesn’t see these new properties:

Anyway, the technique is simple. Changed all images into background images and added classes for the different dimensions, like this (the 150 x 150 images on the index page):

<a href=”<?php the_permalink() ?>” rel=”bookmark” title=”<?php the_excerpt_reloaded(60, ”, ‘content_rss’, FALSE); ?>” class=”gphoto” style=”background:#eee url(‘<?php echo bloginfo(‘template_url’); ?>/scripts/timthumb.php?src=/<?php $values = get_post_custom_values(“Image”); echo $values[0]; ?>&w=150&h=150&zc=1&q=100′) center no-repeat;”></a>

Nice uhh?

OK … I activated the new theme! I learned that even Opera obeys the new properties now. That’ll do.

And to follow …

Whilst pottering I listened to the Earth & Fire debut album (uhuh, we are talking vinyl here!).
This post header image is (part of) the artwork on the original Dutch matchbox-like Album Cover:

Earth & Fire (debut album)Debut Album - Roger Dean CoverSong of the Marching Children (second album)

Yes, I own that legendary cover. ‘Earth & Fire’ was also released in Germany and the UK. There a cover design by Roger Dean was used.

I decided I needed their second record too. Never ever bought ‘Song of the Marching Children‘.
So I visited a few second-hand vinyl stores this afternoon … but ended alas with the cd:
