Phenomenon Michael Bay directed all following blockbusters: Bad Boys, The Rock, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, Bad Boys II (proving here that a very very very bad movie can be followed by an even worse sequel), The Island, Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

You can watch some trailers and clips of all above movies at michaelbay.com | films.

megan_fox_131-1024Both Transformers flicks of course highly applauded by an All-Male audience for having Megan Fox show her abdomen in full splendour.
(I cannot but agree.)
Apart from that they pretty much suck!
Well, they have John Turturro and Jon Voight (the latter only in the first one) too.
Always a pleasure.

Michael (Bloody) Bay also produced (and here it gets really ugly): The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the 2003 remake by Marcus Nispel), The Amityville Horror (the 2005 remake), The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (the 2006 snuff movie), The Hitcher (the 2007 remake, replacing Rutger Hauer by Sean Bean and hero C. Thomas Howell by heroin Sophia Bush), The Unborn (haven’t seen that one … which is a shame for Gary Oldman is in the cast!) and now there is A Nightmare on Elm Street (a 2009/2010 remake).

So here it is: the first teaser …

This will undoubtedly be more bloody, gory, messy then the 1984 Wes Craven original.

Have you ever heard of someone wanting to rewrite Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s ‘Crime and Punishment’?
